Often the simplest of projects are the most rewarding - The roommates chopstick were falling through the cracks being broken by the silly dishwasher - So this insert prevents that from happening - Enjoy :)

Also, if anyone has any positive or even negative results let us know! - Feedback would be much appreciated.Thank!

This is a really good idea. Are you printing in ABS? Has it held up to the heat of the dishwasher?

Thank you Steve! PLA yeah, for the first run in the dishwasher it held up A ok. But we'll see over time - I'll keep everyone posted!

Wait, you are using PLA in your dishwasher and it didn't melt? Do you use the heated dry cycle? Could you confirm this isn't ABS??

Going to print one , only have White Pla and brwon ABS , would prefere white.
Can you say how the durabillity was?

btw Awsome Design ;)

Thanks! It's still working fine and I've been using it practically every day for 10 months. It's shrunken slightly but only a mm or so. Also, it's consistent shrinking and no warping what so ever, so that's good, I'd just to make sure it's a tight fit and you should be good for at least 2/3 years.
