Can you share the stl files also?

I plan to print v3 at a very large scale, does anyone has any tips for printing?

I'm not sure why, exactly, but v3 is absolutely tiny.

Version 3 has non manifold ears.

Thank you everyone, version 2 is now out. Happy 3d printing!

Nice one... I can't sculpt myself, but even if I could this is a remarkable resemblance.

Just to give people some links before in 2016 a new film named Tesla will set an image of him. Hopefully a right one.

1980 movie with obvious signs of autism.

Speech by Mayor LaGuardia after he died on 7th of januari 1943.

His idea on the problems that are slowing down the mass.

He discovered the logical gate way before they made the first transistors and later computer chips. Like the binary system he sadly patented (invented in the 16 - 17th century). He made the first radio controlled device in 1898.

Yes, he did see logic in breeding programs for humans, this will happen in the future... but saying this in his era was shocking as it probably still is for neurotypical people today.

When Einstein was asked what it was like to be the smartest person on the planet he replied; "I don't know you will have to ask Nikola Tesla." I believe Einstein was sincere in his reply.

To set something straight. Sarcasm can be understood and is used by highly functioning people with autism, but it can't be detected by "neurotypicals" as it lacks the self explanatory behaviour of it being sarcasm to be rewarded in the conversation. Also if misunderstood by the listener a person with autism doesn't feel the urge to explain him or herself and therefore it is seen as truth.

Example: Marconi is a good fellow. Let him continue. He is using 17 of my patents.

Tesla won the case against Marconi a few months after his death, he probably knew he would win, so before he died he probably knew he set the record straight, so I like to think he won before he died. One other thing he was a christian and any worship of a person would have been wrong in his eyes. It is mentioned in the speech that coming to his funeral is fine, as it is custom to do so.

Einstein is widely known for E=m*c^2, but http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lise_Meitner split the atom. His foto electric effect is usefull, but under developed because the world is run by oil.

3D printing is hot... the Movie in 2016 named "Tesla" will boost this share.
So if the movie is just about a laughing mad scientist, please imagine what your life would have been like if AC (alternating current) wasn't discovered by him back then. We would most likely still be stuck with DC (direct current)

Faraday, Maxwell and Tesla changed the world.

looks like you used something like marching cubes to hollow it out, but most FDM printers hollow themselves out. Any chance you can remove those parts to make a single, solid print?

i like him because he was crazy. im going to try no support, ill post my results, im guessing the ears will fail but ive add hoc some shit on the fly for similar, just gotta plan a movie right.

any recommendations for support?

Hi slavikk, I'm sorry that I haven't owned a 3d printer yet, so there's no recommendation that I could give you about the support. I see that Indalo3d recently printed one sample: http://www.thingiverse.com/make:108139 . Thanks!

Bust of Nikola Tesla

Probably the most brilliant man (electrical engineer at least lol) the world has ever known.....
