Same extruder as the "Infill 3D Bowden Direct Drive Extruder v2" but in 3mm also I added some attachment holes and minor improvements.
First version in 3mm, please let me know how it works, future updates will be here... https://infill3d.com/28-extruders
This extruder is not composed of many printed parts only 2 if you are going to use direct mount or 4 if you are going to use the dove tail bracket.
The extruder is made to be used with a MK8 drive gear, if you put a bigger drive gear might not fit keep that in mind.
I am not adding the mounting screws to the part list since people are going to use different length screws for their machines but note that you are going to use M3 socket screws for mounting the extruder. If you use the direct mount, the holes are in the extruder body they are 13.5mm center to center.
Pneumatic fittings, I set it up to use 2 to give the ability to route PTFE tube to the filament reel however it will work without the fitting.
The screw that holds the idler is there to hold the idler only not to hold the extruder against the motor just tighten it enough so the idler is in place correctly.
Use caution when threading the fittings into the extruder is easy to strip or crack the body.
