I'v made some christmas houses+church last week for my parents with paper templates... Then i realized I could print some cutters, but as i dont know how to draw them... i'v found this. Printed on Prusa MK3 without any problems (sorry forgot to take a picture of cutters). With some effort I have now little cute house. My children will be very happy with it in the morning (also planing some lights inside). Many thans for this!

Thank you for the pictures! Its nice to know that the design still works, and amazes me every time those little houses pops up around the world... my wife especially liked your window shutters.

Maby next christmast we will release version 2.0

After seeing some of the houses that have been made around the world, my wife wants to convey the following: the trick is to roll out the dough onto wax paper, that way you dont have to transfer the parts...

For whatever reason, this seems to not work so well for me. What slicers did you guys use? When I use Matter Control or Simplify 3D, the top edge seems to go poof. This wouldn't be so bad if the base piece didn't have some protrusions on all four corners. I suspect that it has something to do with the width at the cutting edge, but you guys seemed to have printed just fine. Any tips or tricks that you could suggest?

Im on makerbot vanilla software, afraid i cant help with your software. Your wellcome to download the sketchup-files and modify/reexport. I have released this under pd so your free to do what ever you want with the files. Sorry for not beeing abel to help more...

No worries, thank you for responding so quickly, and such a cool design. :-)

I did a gingerbread-tea-house. ;)
It's even smaller and sits on a tea or coffee mug.

Remixed them with names / description of each part on the handle ;)

If you print this, please, please, please show me a pic!

Did you scale it up? Somehow I got printing issues with the base.

Havent printed this in over a year.. But my workflow back then was to export .stl:s from sketchup and load directly in to makerbots software, what ever its called. Dont recall any troubles. The uploaded stls are the same that printed ok for me.

Will give this a new go tomorrow swedish time, as we gave last years prints to someone.

Printing the base right now. Seems to go along just fine... no probs @27%

Really awesome! Will surely print this before next weekend when we're gonna make gingerbread and other cookies :D Awesome!

Så cool and clever way to mass-produce gingerbread houses!

Pepparkakshusmasstillverkningsform! :)
