Printing tall, thin objects doesn't give the filament adequate time to cool between layers, causing warping. I use this to calibrate my filament cooling threshold times so the print is solid top to bottom.
Print it out and check the thickness with calipers to see how much warping is occurring. There are 3 blocks, all 5mmx5mm in width and legnth. Heights are 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm.
If your print warps or sags, slow down the "min print speed" in Slic3r, Filament Settings, Cooling, Cooling Thresholds, and try again.
