Did you use my model? Would you cast your pendant in niobium :D ?

Absolutely not, if I remember correctly I've downloaded SRTM DEM files data, converted them and used as a displace map in blender, corrected some problems and holes in meshmixer. I remember it was not fun at all... I thinked about creating an utility to convert hgt files to 3d mesh but I didn't had time, that would have been fun!
P.S.: if I had copied your model I had not commented it ;)

where'd you get the heightmap data? I'd like to do this with St Kitts
