Summary

Soda Rocket launch pad kit.
Allows you to be extra reckless and charge your soda rocket with compressed air while launching it remotely with pulleys and string.

Instructions

This remix includes a launch pad which can be used to remotely release compressed air quick couplings. Soda rockets are stupid and potentially dangerous. I can't be responsible if you blow your arm off.
1) Before charging the soda bottle, check that the remote release mechanism works
2) Use a looooong chord to release the rocket.

I don't follow how you release the rocket...

Assuming you have the quick release compressed air fitting, you run a length of string from the fork over the top pulley, under the bottom pulley and off to your bunker. Yanking the chord pulls the fork down, which releases the CA fitting.

Any luck in testing this thing?

Yes, It worked just fine. I modified the fork as the original one broke after a number of launches. New fork remains untested.
