This is an outdated (but still playable using Third Edition rules) version of Pocket-Tactics. For the new (and much improved) Fourth Edition sets and pieces, check out this collection. We'll be updating the new edition to include rules for all of the Third Edition units, so if you have printed them (or want to), check in for updates and eventually all of those pieces' rules will be available.

We've set up a Patreon page for anyone who's interested in helping to fund us so we can keep making free and open sourced games like Pocket-Tactics, Wayfarer Tactics. and others, not to mention the growing catalog of gaming miniatures that you can use for whatever you want! (Psst... we take requests and commissions...)

So, I've tried a bunch of different ways of printing the company trooper. I've tried the 2 halves, and the complete piece. My problem is the back half of the split trooper. I tried to print it on a raft, and when I tried to pull it off, the piece came off as two separate pieces. From the base to the knees and then the rest. I can't get these pieces to print in a way that makes them sturdy enough to put in a dice bag, let alone paint/use them. The legs and/or ankles are so narrow, that they snap very easily, even when printed at 100% infill. I am also having trouble with the niflhiem raider from the forces of hel set. I actually used tinkercad to make the ankles thicker, so they wouldn't be so fragile.
Is there a trick to printing them so they are actually usable?

I've had the same issue, I'm considering just scaling up all the troopers slightly to make them sturdier, or possibly editing the files to add some boots to get rid of the narrowest part.
