lol but I can't give it to a non-chemist and say: 'caffeine molecule - but half the atoms are missing you have to imagine the hydrogen' :-)

without it, it's not actually correct.

I guess things have changed, when i was studying chemistry at college we always put all the atoms in a molecule.

Also, I just tried to print this, but the model is actually very small. More like keychain size.

You might try checking the unit size you program is importing.
If you're using MM and the files are saved in inches it might not be the size it was intended.
