FYI: A lot of you want this brace for 2020 extrusion but I don't have any at home to model it on and more importantly I need to measure the carriage height when the nozzle is at Z0 and X,Z at the maximum width (this will give me the lowest point a carriage go down).
If you are willing to reply in the comment or send me a pm with the measurement below I will adapt the brace to fit 2020

The kossel design is great but the high tower and 15mm extrusion mean there is a bit of twisting occurring within the tower (to check this just grab 2 of the 3 tower and twist in clockwise or counter clockwise and you'll notice it), it can lead to tower twisting when tightening up the belt to reduce that effect I've designed this small brace. They can be fitted once your kossel is already assembled however I will recommend that you untight the top part of the frame and remove tension from the belt fit the brace and put back the tension and redo manual calibration.

Print those with the same setting as you will for kossel parts. I've print mine at 0.3 layer height with 3 shells and 40% infill. Anything lower IMHO and there is not even a point of printing those.
NOTE: If you use "framebrace_v1" it might slightly reduce the build platform diameter. For me I use 40x40x20 fan and this mean that the fan slightly touch the brace when printing an object with maximum diameter than I need to take this into consideration and alter the wipe in my start gcode. Check freedom of movement the first time you use the printer with those installed but V1 is much stronger than V2.
