Another easy way to adjust is to boil water, put the bearing on a shaft, dip in for 2 seconds, take out and cool down. If you've over-done it, take it off the shaft, dip in again for 2 secs and let cool, slip it on the shaft again and re-do. Assuming of course PLA

what amount of flow is required?

this works just fine, I found an easy way how to adjust clearance. Just heat up one end (eg on stow) of the rod you'll use and slide the bearing of the cold end of the rod to the hot end and back several times until you reach required friction level. Rather start with lower temperatures first. I'm just curious how long will these sliders on my printer, but clearances are much better than on those cheap Chinese ball bearings.

Hi, I just printed this in PLA and scaled to fit an Ikea steel rod. It works perfect!
Since I have to modify it to fit in a special design, is it possible to have the source, if they are from Openscad?

Thanks.

What kind of IKEA steel rod?

PLA and Nylon both work well for me.
