I uploaded a scaled version and rotated for Slic3r fans.. I highly recommend Simplify3d its worth every penny and will pay for it self in the long run many times over.

I had the same thought that this is because of thin wall printing settings but did not find the problem cause yet.
I use Slic3r the nozzle diameter is 0.40 mm.

Set your infill to 20%. External layers 2. Bottom layer 3 , top layer 4. The walls should print about 4 layers thick with a tiny gap in the middle.

Your Mamba3D 3d should be able to print this just fine. Its defiantly a slicer setting.

Might be one of your slicer settings, like nozzle diameter.

I have printed several of these with simplify3d and makerbot desktop.

What slicer are you using? Machine? nozzle diameter?

I would say that you need to find out why your slicer won't print thin walls rather compensating with thicker designs. It will save you time and money in the long run with ability to print smaller parts.

I use a Flashforge Creator X (Makerbot 2x clone)

Tried to print but when slicing application makes only one layer. May be threre is some trick I did not know? Also I had to turn whole model 90 degrees in slicing app as model originally appeared on the side and with cap hanging above the main part.

As I liked your design most compared to other similar gadgets, but did not manage to get it printed, I have designed one myself https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:699321 . Thank you for a nice design idea!
