Summary

This is a remix of the original excavator that was from a volvo and it didn't look so good, so i just changed the body, lower body and the cabin so it look more like a Caterpillar.
Also i made it to fit a standard size servo for the boom, i used a 12 kg/cm servo from Hobby kin wich is enought

I also modelised bushing to fit at the place of the bearings in the tracks, it work well and i didn't want to buy bearings for something i played with like 5 time

For track and other boom servo you can buy 4.5 kg/cm servo at 3.50$ each on hobby king.

please do you have a plan or a little instruction how to assemble track frame ? , what do you use to maintain track link ? thank you

Great looking design! I'm trying to remix the Erdinger excavator to have similar construction of the body as you have. But I can't figure out how you have made the electrical connection to the servos driving the tracks.

i used direct wires, I dont have full rotation, that would be a great update

Awh :(
Maybe I'll be able to edit in a couple of breaks which can be glued together ;)

Thanks for replying!

What's the largest piece? I mean, how big must the printer be?

conection to reciver and programing for x9 please

Nos special programming here, the boom and rotation are controled by your levers, and for the tracks I control them with the 2 knob on the top of the remote
