The goal to do this part as light as possible.
I used a 0.25mm nozzle. If it works depends on your slicering software and settings.

Do they hurt if they hit you? I want to prevent jamming but safety is important.

Also, I am having a hard time getting it to work in Dremel DigiLab 3D Slicer

The point is not for them to be fired, but to put inside darts to restore smushed darts to their original shape.

Cura seems to only print the first 2 or 3 layers. Has this happened to anybody else?

Me too, I can't figure out why.

This is because of the thin wall of about 0.25mm. If your nozzle is to wide the slicer decide to nothing. I see no solution but to change the nozzle.

What shell thickness should I print this at? it only prints with 0.3 for me, but ends up with holes in it?

Please see the Instructions. This is what it is made for. Maybe if you toggle Thin- Wall- Detection option at slicing- settings (if you have). If you want i can do a model with thicker walls. But this would worsen the balance- point of the dart.
