This is a remake of Sockles Prop Guards.
The file was modified to fit the small screw on the front.
I also made the prop guards more light weight and aerodynamic, while keeping the strength.
Print with Raft and Supports as one side is smaller then the other for airflow. The part is also radiused on the bottom.
Mounts underneath prop arm with two M3-.5 x 12 screws.
I added the .IGS and .STP files for this so you can modify it if you please.

Download the prop guard
Open in your favorite printing program.
Align object in slicing program to be rotated 45* degrees.
You will need a printer with a print bead of a 200mmx200mm build area or bigger to print this part (make sure to align it in your program to print in the center of your build plate, you are cutting it very close to the extends)
You are going to need a total of 8 M3-.5x12 socket cap screws. Two screws for each propeller. I used (low profile heads) to keep consistency with the other screws on the quad.
Print with PLA or ABS. I suggest to make them solid but you can play around with the infill.
Print with a raft and support as the bottom has a radius on it and the inside lip of the prop guard is slightly smaller then the outer lip.
Clean up raft and support, unscrew the first 2 screws and attach to the drone.
P.S. these are useful for flying in places with unstable ground to land. Sometimes the drone will tip if the ground is uneven, These will save your props. It will not however save your from trees or slamming it into any hard surface.
