Print Thing TagSummary
Here are a series of L-brackets we use to make 80/20 structures in our robot. Not only are these parts lighter, but we can also print them when we need them.
In our set we have brackets of different sizes, 2x2, 1x2, and 1x1.
The parts are considerably lighter than their aluminium counterparts, but are not as strong.

You might get more strength out of 3D printed gussets. We made some last year for a rolling cart that we use in the pit and in our workshop and they're still holding up great.
