The frame is lasercut stained birch
I won't describe many details since it's pretty much a hack using way too much hot-glue. Some 3D printed features are not used or misused, best is to take the sketchupfile and modify it to your specific needs.

This has to be one of the best things i have ever seen ! I'm making my own raspberry pi 2 tablet with a custom 3D printed body but this is just taking things to a whole new level !! :D I HAVE to make this!!
Could you make a wiring and parts diagram, please? There really isn't enough information to actually do this project.
As i wrote "I won't describe many details since it's pretty much a hack". If i had done a wiring diagram it would be pretty much obsolete by now. The Raspberry B+ and 2 don't have the dedicated RCA socket and the used LCD most likely won't have the same PCB. Whatever hardware you are going to use you have to adapt to this design, you may want to check out a hackerspace/makerspace/fablab in your area if you need help.
right now there's just the accesible earphone jack, speakers not integrated
