Liz, a student in my 8th grade Modular Tech course, created her own tiny chess set. The board 64mm on a side and the largest piece has a 5mm base. She created the board, but imported the pieces for her tiny chess set. A couple pieces did not print well, so now it looks just like my chess sets at home, missing pieces and all. =)

Everything is printed at 5% and accelerated. Might re-print the pieces at a slower pace as they are tiny. =)

I am really frugal with the plastic.. My rule is that the kids have to stay in a 7 sq cm build area... I bet it would scale up really easy though. In Florida now, but when I get back to MI I can put the sketchup files up here as well.

I like this set. Should scale it up, it works better than some of the others. I may use this one instead of the others when I decorate stuff.
