This is a multipurpose fan duct for use with a Pico hot-end and Lawsy's mk5 extruder (jigsaw replacement).
I designed it to provide about 66% cooling to the hot-end, and 33% cooling to the extruded filament.
I haven't given it a try yet (need wiring connectors, etc) but the 40mm fan that comes with the Pico fits in nicely, and the duct mounts nicely to Lawsy's mk5 extruder.
I was able to print this out without using supports on a PowerSpec 3D Pro printer with the following settings:
0.2mm layer height
nozzle temp 230c
bed temp 100c
I probably need to increase the platform temperature because I saw some curling of the parts, especially the mk5 fan mount.
I used a q-tip and some acetone to "glue" the two pieces together. Bonds almost instantly and is fairly strong.
I will update this page or the description once I get it all wired up and tested.
