I downloaded the file but the size was too small. Like 2mm x 3mm small.I could change it but probably will get it wrong.

I smiled when I saw this thing, I made something similar for my Lego robot's motorcycle batteries: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2626867

Battery Terminal Cover (Motorcycle type)

We could not get them to fit on our battery. We have the same one in the second picture and we used the crimps. The little block behind the slot is too large. Any Ideas?

Sooooo which size works with the interstate batteries?

Woud you consider posting your .ipt files? I'm pretty sure I can fix your scaling problems with the .stl files. Or you can e-mail them to robsteele49@yahoo.com. The fix might be as simple as setting the options on the print stl page on Inventor.

It is as simple as setting the stl options in inventor. Unfortunately I saved the model to a flash drive during highschool (Which was a few years ago) and I'll have to look for it. If I happen to find it, I'll upload the .ipt and fixed scaling models.

We tried to print these out. They are miniscule. Is there a scaling factor to get the prints to the correct size?

Ah, right! The one thing I forgot. Makerbot doesn't like Autodesk dimensions.
Setting the scaling factor to 1000% prints out the correct size.

When you export to .STL from Inventor, click on STL from the dropdown on save as CAD type, then click options. Change your units in the STL export options to "mm" and you wont have any issues anymore with exporting from Inventor to Makerware or most other slicing software.
