Any chance you can provide the exact thread dimensions? Unfortunately 53mm isn't a standard size in Fusion360 so I'm guessing at making a custom thread when designing an adapter to fit this great design. Thanks.

Any plans to do this for medium format 6x6? Pentax or hasselblad mount etc..

Canon FD mount adapter?

You can try https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:793338
BUT you'd be better off using a glassless FD-mount to EF-mount adapter from eBay together with the GuerillaBeam EF-mount adapter here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1062085

What Amazon orderable flashlight do you recommend for this?

I can't point you to a specific offer, since I don't know where you are. Just search for a "TrustFire X8". You could also buy the C8 light from the same manufacturer.
I'd recommend buying from a reputable supplier, since there are a lot of knock-off products. Those are are often inferior or physically different (won't fit the adapters I provide here). Also, the most cheap offers often come with batteries and chargers that are outright dangerous.

The one you posted is one of the counterfeits I mentioned. You can tell by the cheap reflector.
This one is the only seemingly legit TrustFire X8 I could find on Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/TrustFire-XM-L-Lumen-Flashlight-Torch/dp/B005SS9QB8/

Still haven't found a good flashlight for this :(

You are on Thingiverse, most likely own a 3d printer and thus use (at least a little) a 3d modeling program. Buy what ever flashlight seems powerful enough and modify one of his adaptors to fit!

I really love the idea of this and I'm trying to get my head around to make one. I know I have a ~50 something lens for my Nikon D70s. It's a fixed zoom and I believe it should be f1.4. But are there any lens adapters available for the Nikon lenses?

Found the lens that I have. It's a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 G lens.

Is this compatible with the GuerillaBeam?

Sure thing.

Please let me see you make when you print it! :)
