UPDATE PENDING - This has an unsupported ledge inside part which will cause issues printing - so I will update these parts later today.

PERMANENT UNTESTED STATUS: I have enough 22mm pipe, but someone out there may not have.


Run out of Pipe? Print some more with a ready-made weld coupling on the end.

Use Any DIY store pipe Solvent weld to extend pipe.

I have not tested this as a print as I'll never need it but it might be useful to someone.

I could make one of these, certify it to all the standards, and be 100% confident that it is safe. But that would be mine, printed on my printer, acetone vapour bathed in my coffee machine, not yours.

I can't vouch for the quality of your build. That's something you'll have to do.

If this is your first night at Plumbing Club, you've got to plumb.

This is intended for low pressure return pipes for grey water at approximately room temperature. Do not use on Gas (Propane, LPG, Butane, Domestic Gas supplies, or any combustable media). Do not use on hot water or central heating systems (temp >40°C ; If you do not understand what ">" or "°C" means, don't use this part!). Do not use on macerated sewage. Do not use in temps close to 0°C. Do not use under floorboards or similar situations where it cannot be seen, monitored or changed easily. This design is not suitable for use in Nuclear Power Stations or Satellite Applications.

Basically, use this sensibly. I've used similar in hydroponics, and it works at low pressure (102KPa / 1ATM - if you don't know what a KPa is, or what 1 ATM is, please don't use this design).

I'm saying "Grey Water Systems Only" - but that's an ass covering statement, if you feel your build is safe enough to use on other systems, I'm not your keeper. I'm just an idiot.
