In what orientation and with what settings did you print it. It seems difficult to print vertically as in the still by default.

Question: how much larger do I have to make this so I can use it on my Anet A8? What is the diameter of your i3 lead screws? Thanks.

Can anyone tell me what size springs are used for these please.

Good morning, I'm a big fan of your work.
I would like to know how I can get this complete set of X axis
I have a problem with the nut and I need to print a new set, I would like this system to be able to put its Z-axis anti backlash for Prusa i3

I'm waiting

thank you

Fantastic. will try these

this isnt true anti back lash for 2 reasons . The interaction with the machine only takes place on one plane and the secondary nut isnt free to be tensioned by the spring

The nuts do have a tiny amount of vertical slop when on the rod, so the spring is definitely doing its job

Seems promising, and a simplified design too, I like it very much, thank you.

This is EXACTLY what i was looking for - took me a couple of month to find out that i experienced z-wall artifacts on my i3 due to a very small play in the right m5 z rod nut, respectively play of the nut inside the nut trap.

I will try that mod to get ride of both (will glue the anti-backlash device on the nut trap).

Thank you!

How did that work out for you xxexx?
