It's sad how rubik's totally stole your idea.

While I see how it may look like that, they did indeed reach out and contact me about making the Junior 1x2x3 bear. So not stolen.

Wow! That's nice to know.

Just printed it in PLA : no troubles except for the pin which needs a brim otherwise it won't stick to the bed.
A lot of sandpaper is needed to make it work though.

Are all pieces necessary? Also, how do you assemble it?

I just printed my bear. It looks amazing!

I scaled it at 80% and need a lot of sandpaper work to put it together

printing it now. I have ben waiting a long time to print this. but was occupied with my printer for a very long time

oh, what size print bed do you need fo it?

is someone going to make a one peice print of it?

I printed it out and my sister love the work. Great work. It took me awhile to put it together though. I have to say it works well with ABS.

You can't use it with PLA! It dosen't work!

Worked great with my PLA.

I know at least one of the makes posted here was printed in PLA, so it definitely is possible.

PLA Should not be a problem. In all honestly for printing it may actually be better, less warping and bed separation.

Now ABS is better in the long term if you plan on putting this thing through heavy use.

Whats not working on it?

Thank you, very cool! I have some doubt on the print time/speed.
I have a mendel90 and I printed the 6 pieces 1:1scale, 30% infill at around 40-50mm/s and it took 2:45 hours. You state in the instruction tab that it took 4h at 200mm/s. something is wrong here, did you print it 1:1 scale?

Anyway, great job and a lot of fun for the kids!!!

I may need to re slice and print again to double check the slice settings/time.

I'm also using a hex in-fill. And it looks to be higher than 25% when it prints. But I've been just printing the exact same g code, since I know it works. I'll be sure to double check it though.

You posted this on twistypuzzles.com a while back right? Nice to see the files online for all to use.

Edit: Found it! http://twistypuzzles.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=13847&hilit=ozo

Yup. This project started almost over 6 years ago.

There's actually a new thread right now talking about this version.

Love the design but any chance we can get the stickers as just plain old pdf etc. Not sure when/if I cam going to get access to a cricut

Uploaded a .PDF version just now

Thanks much. Even without the decals my kids love this

Any way to get a file with them all layed out together so we don't have to go in with every single piece?

What is the smallest you could scale it and expect a working print?

FYI, I made on at 75% with no problem (Slic3r, with .25mm layers)

Cant wait to make this for my little one!
Great job and what a neat design!
