This is a very simple cable clip.
Roll up some cords and jam it into this clip (looks like just a ring).
Resilience that cords have will band cord tightly.
This clip is pretty better than rubber band :)

  • cableclip : power strip, etc.
  • cableclip mini : USB cable, etc.
  • cableclip nano : iPhone Lightning cable, etc.
-cableclip wide : 15[mm] wider than cableclip

What settings were used to print this? Ive tried two different clips and when I came back to check on them they were either stringy or a ball of mess around my nozzle.

You probably experienced a problem with the print adhering to the bed. You may need to adjust your printer so the first layer prints lower, or experiment with a heated bed or painters tape or other options, depending on the type of filament you are using.

They printed perfectly for me, using 0.2mm layer height with PLA extruded at 208C on a Printrbot Simple Metal with a PEI bed heated to 70C.

My printing skills have vastly improved since this post and I have since found printer settings that work well. Thank you though, I appreciate it! :)

Just curious, how many loops did you wrap the lighting cable ?
