To those having trouble with the tube not fitting in the head, just scale the head up about 2%. Worked great for me.

4 some reason i cant seem to get this downloaded right

Threaded section doesn't seem to screw into the 'head' correctly.

I designed this 4 years ago, I haven't printed one for a long time, I don't remember any issues with it going together, (the head is made from the same thread as the nut) I it may go together if you de-burr the threads.

Not a problem, it may be my printer, or the slicer I used
The nut fits both threaded sections perfectly, it's just the 'head' part's thread.

I imported BoltHead.STL into Sketchup, then re-exported an STL and then ran that through Netfabb. After that Slic3r was happy! The other STL's were fine - it was only the bolt head that caused Slic3r massive grief.

That's good :)

I'm afraid I don't use Slic3r, Could you create a derivative and post the fixed STL for people who use Slic3r?

Everything fits fine except the bolt head. Anyone else have any issues with their prints?

Regardless, AWESOME! design! :-P

Great design, happy I printed it. :-)

Great work, printed on my UP! at 0.4mm layer thickness and fast speed, now I keep my chisels in it.

Looks good - chisels are a good use!

Hi, Thank you put the pencil case here, I just try to print it. But my print can not print the OneThread, Would you can tell me how to print it?

Thank you!

Chen

The OneThread is just for use in the OpenSCAD model for making the other components.
