You Need to Print out :
1x Cover
1x Body
2x Mount (For hood up on the fish tank)
5x High Button (For Up, Down, Left , Right and Select Key)
1x Low Button (For Reset Key)

8x M3x16mm (4 for the Mount , 4 for the cover)
4x M3x10mm (For fix UNO and PH Meter Board on the body)
4x M3 Nuts (For fix UNO and PH Meter Board on the body)

Thanks , finally have someone help me to improve the code for support EEPROM.
I see you've also add a code for control the Bump , i am thinking to add a RTC module on Arduino for run the schedule to control the accessories , such as Auto Feeder.

I am using Sketch Up for export the STL , I am using mm in the Sketch Up.
The 2 Holes ? are you mean the right hand two button ? Right and Reset button ? center to center , distance should be 8mm.

What units are you using in your STL?
I tried to modify it and the dimensions don't make sense.
The 2 holes on the right have a distance of 15,5 . This doesn't make sense in mm, inch or mil.

If I enclose the Ethernet Shield , the enclosure will be very thick.
So I change my mind , I use Raspberry Pi as Web Server and connect it via USB.
Then Pi send command via USB for get the PH and Temperature data. So in this way , it also be networkable. But it need to host by Pi.
That's why the firmware have API for serial communication.
And now , I am thinking to connect it via TTL to Wifi module. The enclosure can also host the TTL to Wifi module inside. But I need to solve the power source. Since the TTL to Wifi module is 3.3v , 300ma , cannot use UNO's 3.3V as power supply.

don't suppose you could make a version to enclose the lan shield too between the uno and lcd shield, to make it networkable
I have a webserver that uses the screen ,but cant seem to find a enclosure, short of making a balsa wood one
