Hah, i started redraw original stabilizer for 608 before saw your varian. Half of work was done :)

For this one could best put in flanged 608 bearings.

Also would be nice if you could make a version for M5 threaded rod with the use of 625 bearings. Which are very common for Prusa i3 these days :)

if you use m5 threaded rod, don't constrain them as there not true straight, if you do the the bend will transfer into your prints let them run free run free,

I've changed to AMCE TR8 rod a while a ago. But thanks for the reply anyways!

Youre right, you need to decouple them twice. I did it on the Motor and on the carrier
