I printed this for my British Stanley blades and I too found it too small.

I reprinted it at 113% scale and it just about fit with slight modification.

I think if I were to print it again I'd try at 114% or 115% scale.

My blades don't fit in it... Just standard blades in belgium. :-(

Hi,
I also printed one of these. My blade looks like the one shown and fits very well. One flat peg in each of the 4 holes. Good design job! However, the measurements given from HDGamer2424 for the "German blade" puzzled me, since I have also a "German blade" which looks like the one in J_Schmidts photo , but has different dimensions:
cutting edge 52mm long
parallel to cutting edge 29 mm long
Height 18.5 mm
outer holes distance center2center 32 mm
inner holes distance center2center 19 mm
3 half holes on the narrow side, distance between the outer half-holes 13 mm center2center.
This measures should help future builders to select a fitting design. If you have another blade, look for a design that uses "your" blade, there are many around.
Greetings from Germany,

I printed one too, it printed fine, but my blade is also too big and the hole spacing is wrong.. I just cut off the little tabs and it works fine now..

Measurements of the german blade:

Cutting edge: 49,63mm
Parallel to cutting edge: 26,5
Height:18,70mm
Hole size: 2,63mm
Outer hole to outer hole (center to center): 24,87
Inner hole to inner hole (center to center): 11,93

Maybe an updated version? I like the size and shape, allthough it could be a bit larger... :)

printed as is but doesn't fit a standard utility blade, too small.

Hi!
Thanks for your feedback. I was a bit shocked to hear that the scraper is too small?! So I printed another one right now (and uploaded some real print pictures) and it fits perfectly... Maybe there are different sizes of blades (I use the standard blades in germany), or there is a problem with your scale factor?

I had the same issue. Standard blades in the USA must be a bigger.

Confirm that. Blades in America are bigger. but we can re-size it easy I guess :-)
