You should really only print this on a stainless steel hot end and nozzle.... as well as with a fully food safe tubing and filament probably with preference to antimicrobial variants of filament.

If you don't follow those guidelines you risk ingesting lead and other harmful chemicals, as well as bacteria growing on your prints after use.

Or you just coat your print with clear-coat, preferably varnish for toys. Alternatively you can just use clear film.

Reasonably said, this print has food contact for about a second each with no significant pH- or temperature-levels down or up. If you clean it thoroughly beforehand I dont think all these traces of lead/etc will clinge onto your print during cleaning and then magically hop onto your dough during the short period of food exposure. But sure, if you want to be safe (which I would recommend), use a suitable clear coat.

Bacterial growth is completely irrelevant if you clean your print before/after use. Furthermore you are aware that your cookies will be baked above 100°C which relevant bacteria do not survive, are you?

The clear coat seems reasonable yes, just beware that no clear coat is food safe until fully cured which can be weeks at ambient temp/humidity. Such coatings usually are very unsafe before fully cured.

The varnish would also fill most cracks so bacteria would be a non issue... that said without it it is a concern for prints that com in contact with food other than this cookie cutter... and anyway who would want to use a gross looking cookie cutter... because it likely will get that way without some precation to fill the cracks.

I've been trying to print this one a few times now. I always get under extrusion on the top/right part and also the top perforations from inside the tree also don't print or are under extruded. Not sure what to do. Did you experienced something like this? I use Cura to slice the 3D file.

I bought this last Christmas when it wasn't free. Not good for Swedish ginger bread, unless you make the cookies very thick the lines doesn't reach into the dough.
