Best idea only that my pipe cant fit to square ...i scale square to 103% ..not sure what is happen ,printer is calibrated.

Doesn't it have to be full in order to dispense?

Hi! Not really. As long as it has sugar on it it will dispense it. From full to the level of the tube it will dispense the same amount of sugar every time. When the sugar is below the end of the tube, the amount will decrease, but it will still work. ;)

I did a similar design but with the difference of the holding nut.
Instead of a single squared nut, I used 2 nuts that one goes in the inside and the other on the outside of the lid.
When the nuts are tight to the pipe, they are compressed against the lid holding everything in place.
I felt it was easier to make a careless round hole rather than a perfect square.

Hi! Thanks for comment!
I have also designed a previous version just like you said http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:43909

I designed the square nut so you can adjust the pipe height to decide the amount of sugar you want on each shake in a very simple way. ;)

Sugar Bowl

That is in fact a bonus, having the pipe adjustable every time without releasing the nuts!

What about the squared part of the "nut" replaced by another outside screw thread to have a large nut on the inside of the lid?
I will give it a try drawing one, it's hard for me to explain :)

I will print yours though, its a great idea. Thanks!

I think I know what you mean. In that case, the pipe diameter should be smaller (actually is 13 mm). Otherwise you will need a special drill to make the hole. I will think about that and try to find a solution. Anyway, it was really easy to cut off the squared hole using the provided stencil.
Thanks for the feedback! ;)
