I also have the fit Problem, the caps are to small in the length, for this Problem i could try it with Flexfilament.
BUT my second Problem: the Text is mirrored, I'm really new in 3d-Printing, so I don't know if I have to change something in the .stl before printing or if there is a Problem with my Cura or maybe with my Anet A8.

So what could I do?

Cura has a mirroring function i believe

I printed a set of these last night. They printed fine, but the size is seriously off. The Low one is off in both dimensions by about 1mm (too small) and the Full is off in the length by 1mm (width is fine).

They fit just fine on mine. You could always scale the file just a bit. I've found that XT60 connectors can vary depending on the manufacturer. When I mix male and female connectors from different manufacturers, the fit can be too loose. The best option would be to print them with a flexible filament.

Unfortunately, scaling only works when both dimensions are off by the same percentage. That isn't the case when I try and use these on the HobbyKing "Genuine XT60" connectors I use. How genuine they really are? Who knows. :) The flex filament is a great idea, but my little DaVinci Jr can't use flex filament. Perhaps when I can afford to upgrade to the new Pro model that can use pretty much any filament. In the meantime, still a good idea.

Really good idea ...gonna have to print out a bunch of these :)
