Great model(s). Printed the 1/4" version at 80% fill with PLA; worked excellent on my eVolution (Mendel-based) printer w/ 0.4mm head. Figure I'll try these risers on my board and see how it goes tomorrow. If they don't hold up, I'll print another set at 90% or 100% fill and see how those go. Will post updates here as I test them out.

Neat! How did you get the pad so shiny? Mine comes out pretty fuzzy after the print finishes/

Use Kapton tape for the super gloss finish. The tape also securely holds your part to the platform during build too, never curls! I had major curling problems on my thing-o-matic before I started using the tape.
