Printed it, and looks good.
The outer measures good (20.31mmx20.25mm) but i cannot with any possibility get a T-nut twisted in either of the rails. am i missing something ?

Building additional structural supports for my 3d printer with this. Thanks for designing and posting.

Easily the best-printing version I've tried so far! Great work, and thanks!

do you have the carriage files?

Do you have a list of metal parts ?
The name of bearing in the photo.

Hi Jason,

You should check out Modular Extrusions web site, they have rigid PVC t-slot that is extremely strong and works quit well to build a 3d printer frame. Costs less than aluminum and in the short lengths used in a printer very strong and smooth. Somaraok you should look at this too, might change your opinion!

Hi Jason,

You can use this for proof of concept.

If you are building either 3d printer or CNC go with aluminum.

Any plastic can't provide strength and smoothness as Aluminum.

hey are these good to use for a cnc engraver? I have fairly good prints with my 3D printer. would they work as well as the Aluminium ones ? or should i just go ahead and buy the Aluminium ones ? (I would be putting a steel rod threw the center hole of the v rail for improved strength)

Love this! This is awesome!

Hi! Do you have the STL's for the carriage and bearing tires? Thanks!
