I came up with this mount since it seems that the first and second designs were going to have some issues printing on the Micro. This design should hopefully allow for easier printing on the Micro.

I would recommend at least low infill as the tolerances should be fairly tight. If you run into any issues with printing let me know and I can revise the model. Pictures will help me to change the model.

I also included a complete assembly that has both mounts included and each mount individually if you want to print these individually instead.

Got some feedback that the mounting slot was a bit to tight so I added a few thousandths to the model and also reduced the size of the nut holder as it was .05 to over sized. I left about .01 clearance of wiggle room and increased the top and bottom slot and mounts to be slightly thicker. I left the old files in a zip file (Slotted Micro Mount Rev1.zip) and the new files have Rev 2 after them.

The combined file has no hole there.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but shouldn't the middle blade of the mount piece have a hole in it?

I printed with my M3D and GoPro nuts will not recess in it. See that is repeated issues with other STL fine I printed. Other hanger piece came out really nice and fits to printer nicely

will this work with Xiaomi Yi camera?

Xiaomi Yi GoPro case & Protective Cap

The mount for the Xiaomi camera seems to use the standard gopro spacing so I think it would work.

The default model orientation for the Slotted_Micro_Mount_Rev2.STL gave me a really bad print. In the M3D software, I adjusted the pitch 90 degrees, printed with supports and it came out PERFECT!

Look at the description and the 2nd image of make 131979 for details on a perfect print :)

Hi I take part of you design (the base) to make an spool holder attachment to the Micro, hopefully you like it.

Thanks you
