The mask piece is now also smaller on the width as the ski goggles are already mounted. It can print on a 6 inch bed without splitting
Modified the center piece by attaching a remixed version of the male buckle of this sturdy Delta buckle so that it is possible to mount a top strap. You can get the female piece from here as that fits as the original: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:264185
Tape or preferrably glue for sticking the cables inside our outside the goggles. I used plastic strips to attach them on the side of the mask, but I'm sure it can be made more tidy by glueing them on the inside and shortening any excess of cable.
Mount it all together:
I also printed this little seal line strap for fastening the top strap on the other strap behind your head. Though it is not necessary if you buy a complete headlamp set like the one I did: Seal Line Strap: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:307347
Attach the 5 inch screen to the screen piece
Lead the cables where you want them. In this version there is no space on the inside due to the lens.
Glue the screen piece to the center piece
Cut something soft for the ski goggle face frame and glue it on. It could be for example foam or rubber sealing.
Glue the mask piece and center piece together
Attach head straps, I used one from a headlamp, but removed the lamp, took out the inside of the back battery pack cover. Fits a 1500mAh ZOP Power LiPo battery perfectly when all plastic excess inside is stripped away (if you're fine with having a LiPo strapped to the back of your head).
