Kindly asking if you could provide the opening diameter. I don't have the Proxxon dremel but i think my ryobi may fit as well. Thanks.

Seemingly inevitable question but how close would it come to fitting a dremel?

Hi do you have the rest of all the mounts also available.?

Will there be a Version for the Samella V2 :)

It's on my list - so yes there will be a Mount for the v2.

Great thing, just what I was looking for. Do you also have a design of the base on which this mount has to be placed?

Sure! See my Version of the i3: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:976653

Hi I've got the machine set up but I'm not sure how to get it to work... I may be asking somethign obvious but what software do you use? I have installed Repetier and Slic3r.

Try LibreCAD and Estlcam. Miling is a completely different workflow than printing.

Is it possible to mill PCB ? Have you tried ?

And isn't it too heavy for X axes ?

engraving (not cutting) pcb is posible, actually it's an ideal usecase.

how rigid is the frame for cnc milling and is there any flexing when running it with the router?
Also, if so, where does it flex at?

it is rigid enough for 6mm Plywood and any material softer than that. I have not tried Carbon or aluminium as I prefer wood.
Depending on the cutting speed it flex at the Y Axis.

I got an i3 and a Proxxon FBS 240, this is very interesting to me, though I'm not sure I have the right kind of bits, looks like you've replaced the heated bed with some foam? How do you keep the material in place? Glue?

I've replace the heated bed with a more rigid 8" piece of wood. The foam that you see is just a wasteboard. Materials can be glued with double sided tape or screwed onto the sledge.
