PTFE lined all the way through, PTC connector, 250 grams with motor.
Tatsu v2 6mm inner diameter drive gear.
OMC Stepper nema 11 geared stepper, one hundred and fucking eight-four ounce inches of torque. Will pull 13 kg no problem.
1.75mm diameter filament.
I'm using speargun latex tubing. The stuff is made to kill things and put food in your belly. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0084EFKTU/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If you want the best for your delta, you found it. This thing shits out dual drive gear extruders.
I made it where you can use spring tension if you want. You don't need it, it can feed filament back to back if you notch your ptfe properly.
Attach to fishing rod and reel in marlin.
Wench for RC truck.
Overhangs are probably best printed on most printers with 0.2mm layer height.
No supports are necessary.
I added a support into the model where the gear is, it is a thin 0.5mm layer, cut it out with a razor and it's good to go.
Use at least 2 shells (perimeters). Top and bottom need to be at least 1.2mm of solidfill. Infill for the rest can be as low as 20 percent.
