Summary

You can find two versions - one for the large watch with a cable exit to the back and one for closing the strap around the charger stand and a cable exit to the side.

Both holders can be printed without supports and rafts.

How long does this print take

Apple cables are notorious for fraying at exactly the point where the cable bends under the stand (from the pictures), so I'd be concerned about this happening with this particular stand design. Only time will tell if a) the watch charging cables are as poorly made as the normal lightning cables and b) this stand increases the chance of fraying. Personally I think I'm going to look for a stand design that doesn't introduce a bend in the cable so close to the join.

The charger keeps falling out on the model I printed. Should it have printed tighter, or should I use some sort of adhesive to keep the charger in the stand?

Aside from that - it's a really simple yet very awesome design!! Thanks so much for designing it and sharing it.

It's designed to squeeze the charger in - please print it tighter. I printed mine on a MakerBot with PLA - both on medium and high resolution it's fine.

I actually just put a thin piece of paper around the charger, so it's nicely fitting into the charger stand now. I went with medium resolution on an M3D Micro (probably not as precise as a MakerBot); but will print another in high resolution to keep at work.
