How did you make the map i have been trying to make a map of south lake tahoe ca. I'm 15 years old and trying to start a business in my town making maps of the lake and iv been trying to make a map like this for the past 9months and i'm just spinning my wheels. I would greatly appreciate it if you would let me know how you made the map. If you can help me out, once i can make the maps i will send you one of south lake tahoe CA.

your map is good but your title is completely wrong. i think you mean Persian gulf.

Wow, love the idea! I am interested in making my own. What settings did you use on the LAS Server? I get terrible "resolution" with the options I'm picking.

Hi, thanks for your interest. I used steps of 500 metres. When you import into illustrator and you trace the path you need to play around with the advanced settings a little bit to get a smooth curve. A topographic map is after all a very low resolution item because you only have 12 or so depth levels
