Take one part Airtripper extruder and one part JohannRocholl Kossel Mini extruder. Mix them well and you end up with the SaldoT extruder.
No additional parts should be needed than the ones that comes with a standard Kossel Mini kit that uses the BOM from the reprap wiki.
I like airtrippers design but since it doesn't fit on a geared Nema 17 motor and requires a larger ball bearing then the one that came with my Kossel mini kit I decided to remix it and combine with Johann's extruder design.
Note: This is for a geared Nema 17 motor like the one e3d sells; http://e3d-online.com/Electrical/Stepper-Motors/Geared-stepper-motor
For a normal Nema 17 I suggest airtrippers original extruder.
Added holder for a geared Nema 17 holder. Baseplate is circular to allow for different mounting angles.
I suggest printing with support, 30% (or 50%) infill and 2 shell layers.
Components needed besides the printed parts:
1x 625 ball bearing (5x16x5)
1x M5-0.8x20 Cap Screw
1x M5 Washer
4x M3-0.5x25 Cap Screw
2x M3-0.5x35 Cap Screw (or 2x M3-0.5x40 Cap Screw if using rubber hose for tension)
3x M3 Hex Nuts (Nylock optional)
4x M3 Washer
All of these parts should come with a Kossel Mini Kit if it uses the extruder as listed in the reprap wiki. Usually only 3 M3x35 Cap Screws are needed to build the printer sp you should have 3 spare as most kit ship with 6 M3x35 Cap Screws.
Optionally you can add a diesel hose for idler tensions as described by airtripper. If so you'll need longer screws for the idler and should replace 2x M3-0.5x35 Cap Screw with 2x M3-0.5x40 Cap Screw.
