Hi,

First, I wanted to thank you a lot for this model, what a great job! :)

I'd like to know what soft did you use to convert THING files into STL ones ? So I can be able to adapt my owns Archicad's models for 3D printing Slicer (Slic3r) which only accepts .OBJ or .STL

Thank you very much !!!

Hey

awesome 3D print
but one question... where i can print the awseome trees and cars on this Building?

Thanks a lot Keep doing this your awesome men

DerPanda,
Thanks for your comments.
As noted in our written summary for the post, the trees, cars and people were not 3D printed.
As the scale of the model is small (1:200 scale), the people are tiny and are standard white plastic as purchased through model making or hobby suppliers and the trees and vehicles are cast soft metal. More than happy to provided supplier details.

What did you use to put some of the pieces together?
Also, Where are the "clear parts" supposed to go?

Great model by the way :)

The majority of the pieces remain loose so that the model can be broken down but those that we fixed were glued with Zap-a-Gap or any type of super glue.
The clear parts are glazing and are either the partition walls in the upper level change rooms or glazing to the new addition section.

Thank you for the quick response :)
Putting the model together now!

tanx plz dxf & cdr #pdf

Was this made in AutoCAD fushion?
I draw a lot of houses in 2D on AutoCAD. Do you know if I can use these 2D drawings to make a 3D object?

This model was made in Archicad which is 3d modelling software. I would suggest possibly sketchup would be your best bet for turning 2d drawings into 3d objects but am not really sure.

Thank you. It took quite a while to print but was worth it in the end.

Oh its that Cottesloe beach building :)

niiice ;)

It could be :) But not one of our buildings.

Yes, could you please post .STL files? That would be much appriciated ;)

.STL files added. :)

Could you convert from thing to STL ?? You may have more people able to print, thankyou, great work!

Thanks, .STL files added :)

fantastic! Well done, great model

Thank you. There were many hours in this print.

Magnifique! Ta plus belle réalisation !!! (Ou je me trompe?)

Oui, il est certainement notre plus ambitieux . Merci.
