I've seen so many impressive spool related posts recently, so I figured I would share my creation. I'm sure I'm not the first to take scrap parts and make something useful out of them.
In this case, I have substantial pieces of threaded rod left over every time I build a new machine. Some pieces are long enough to be put into another machine, but some are just too short.
Since I get my bearings from old roller blades, there are always some throwaways there, but I clean them as best as I can, and use them here.
