This is a Y axis endstop support for a Prusa i3 kit from Voxel Factory (EiNSTeiN variant). I wasn't tired to adjust the thing like the Z one (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:82519), anyway, it looks better than Ty-Raps.

Use this support with a printer having 15mm or 22mm space between the Y rods. The smooth rod (SR) and threaded rod (TR) are either 8mm or 10mm, check the combinations in the file name.

The endstop bracket snaps on the smooth and threaded rods. A little offset of the bed frame was needed because the endstop hits sooner.

Idea is good and it's works to detect the bed well

but the placement is not very good i loose 2cm on Y axis did you use it as " Y min end stop" if yes you dont get a 20cm course on prusa

to solve it i cuted the threaded rod part, endstop is fixed just on 8mm rod

How did you fix the endstop in place? The PCB slips easily out of the slot.

Mine holds tightly in place, perhaps you can make the center of the slot a little thinner, for small (and regular) PCB will push the outer wall.

This would work great but my Folgertech i3 came with M8 threaded rod so the endstop just slides around.

These things are nothing short of genius! I have been looking for months for a solution. These are simple and unbelievably perfect for my I3. Thank you!

Thanks, way better than the original one!

is possible to have a 22 mm tr10?

Hi, great idea; any chance of getting a 15mm version for a 10mm threaded and 10mm smooth rod. unfortunately I only have access to an older version of Solidworks so cannot make the mod myself

Any chance you could post the source file on this? My smooth and threaded bars (on a stock i3) are closer together, so I need to adjust it.

The other two endstop holders work great though!

I second this. I think considering the variation in different rod types and prints, having an adjustable / customizable source file would be magnificent!

Ah, just noted the sldprt. Thank you!!

The 15mm one works great on a regular Prusai3-vanilla build with M10 threaded rods and M8 smooth rods on the Y-Axis
