A set of building blocks for making human-scale items like furniture, desks and shelving.

Use connectors to join bars and corners. Use pins to fix connections. Use caps to conceal pins and provided a finished look. Use two or four pins per connection. When using one pin per connection end, the pin leg should be in the outer hole since this is structurally stronger and creates stiffer parts.

Components are designed to be printed with no supports. For most structures, I recommend 2 shells, 2 floor and ceiling layers and 5-10% infill.

I'm trying to make a weight bearing structure and while trying to mod the 2x3 corner into an I beam it looked great until I ran it through CW slicer and it blocked off some of the holes any suggestions?

their slicer is buggy, then. try a different slicer.

Do you have advice for printing specifications, general assembly tips, etc? it'd be nice to see how many pieces it took to make those stools, or pics of other things that could be made.

It's been a couple of years since I printed this. As I recall, I used two or three shells, two top/bottom layers and 0-10% infill. It was all done on a 6 cluster Makerbot 2 farm and took about a week.
