This thing was designed to use this servo http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?product_id=3000 and this servo controller http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?category=11&product_id=1061, which can control up to 8 servos. They also sell a single servo controller, but you will have to modify the pcb holder part and the code to control it will differ slightly. The java file is a code snippet that shows how to turn a single input on for 10 seconds. The pichwheel.stl file is just for the pretty render here on thingiverse, and is not useful for printing.
You will also need some 5mm (outer diameter) rubber tubing. The squishier the better.
Print 3 axels, 2 pcb holders and up to six sliders. Print one of everything else.
Assemble. Plug into USB port. Control the flow.
