This rod carrier is derived from the excellent design by maso27, but using a different method of belt fastening. I could never get the original 'folded belt and wedge' method to work properly, possibly due to my poor manufacture!
This design uses the common technique of wrapping the belt round a post and securing it with a small cable tie.
At the time of posting this design I had only used it in anger for a short while, so I am unsure about the durability of the posts - the current size was selected so that I could use the original belts. If they prove to be fragile then parameters can be changed in the OpenSCAD file to make them more substantial.

This is a simple print - I made mine at a layer height of 0.3mm using ABS, so I added a brim. No support necessary. I used 50% infill for extra strength, but there was little science in that decision so feel free to use whatever you think is appropriate.
It will be necessary to invert the V-wheel carriage to get this rod carrier to fit.
