What printer settings did you use? layer height? in fill %?

Why do you need 4 of these? Couldn't one end of each belt be stationary?

On my machine, if i use these.. it pulls the belt out away from the center by 5-6mm adding tension and forcing the belt to ride the washers. Either I am doing something wrong or we should add some spacers so the drive belt is in line again.

Do you have anymore photos of this showing the belt connected? Believe I have all the parts now & am starting to put this together today. I am using 6-32x1" bolts & 3/16"x 2.5" hook bolts I found at Tractor supply. I was looking for 3" hook bolts, but could not find any. The 2.5" (63.5mm) length looks like they will work.

Without changing your design, will those holes fit 5/32" bolts (3.96875mm) instead of M4 & 3/16" bolts (4.7625) instead of M5? Looks like a very little difference on either of these. If you do not think they will fit, can you make a version to fit these?

I see this is still marked as WIP, are you using it with success?

I removed the WIP flag, version 0.2 is working fine and I'm using it.

With something this beefy, be careful how much tension you use. You could easily bend the motor mounts.

Good point, adding this to the description.
