The assembly slots are roughly 10mm.
Roll out your dough to 6-8mm depending on the amount of rise you get in your dough. I'd recommend gingerbread as it's reasonably stable during baking.
Stamp out 2 legs, 1 head and 1 tale for each cookie.
3 Tbsp Golden Syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 cups flower
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
Rub in butter.
Warm golden syrup and add egg yolk then combine with other ingredients.
Bake at 150C for 12-15 minutes
