Very cute -- thanks for this model! I printed this on a Replicator 2 and found that scaling the lid to 103% made it fit pretty well. No scaling was too loose, and 105% was definitely too tight -- I had to break it off with pliers.

I printed this up and took it with me to Maker Faire SF Bay Area this weekend. People had a lot of fun playing with the box. FWIW, I printed mine at 200% and they were a little loose. Great design!
